Didn't even received the product

I placed a $200 dollar order and for over a week only a shipping label was created. The delivery team still haven't receive the product. When I contact Waka customer support to find out where is my order, they told me to contact delivery team myself. But they still haven't received my order yet.
It's been the first time I have deal with seller told customer to find out what's going on with their purchase. Itsnt it Waka should find out where is my order? I just place the order.
This is ridiculous.
