Orders under CAD$79, CAD $9.99 per order.

Orders above CAD$79, free domestic shipping provided by WAKA Canada.

*If your address locates in remote areas, according to estimated shipping cost of FedEx, we may charge you additional shipping fee. Our customer service will contact you specifically on this case. You package will be shipped out once your supplementary payment is made.

 

Tax & Duty

In accordance with federal and state regulations, in some states, your online purchases from WAKA will be taxed at the applicable sales rate according to your shipping address. You may find sales tax details on your checkout page.

There are three types of sales taxes in Canada: PST, GST, and HST. See below for an overview of sales tax amounts for each province and territory.

Efficiency

Normally it takes 3-7 business days for you to receive your orders outside pre-ordered items. Please check expected shipping time for specially pre-ordered items. 

Warehouse

Our warehouse is located in Canada, we may deliver your package through different warehouse based on your receiving address.

Procedure for Missing Items Claim

To ensure fair transactions and maintain a positive shopping environment, we have established the following procedures for handling missing items in packages. Please read carefully and cooperate accordingly: 

1. Report any missing items within 48 hours of delivery. Late reports cannot be processed.

2. Provide complete, unedited unboxing video showing all sides of the package (top, bottom and sides).

3. If received by someone else, first confirm the package contents with them. Only the original purchaser may file claims.

4. For unverified email submissions, please provide info including order number, registered email used for purchase, identification documents, and payment receipt for related order. Missing documents will invalidate your claim.

5. RELX requires 3-5 business days to verify with the warehouse and logistics company after receiving complete documentation. Investigation timelines may vary depending on case complexity, and we appreciate your patience.

6. We reserve the right to decline future orders or services from accounts with a history of false claims or abuse of our return/refund policy.
